This is of immense help in achievement of flexibility of big muscles. Without joints flexibility you will not be able to effectively stretch any group of muscles. Every exercise you do will involve the use of joints in some way. Another benefit of stretching joints is the elimination of toxins from our bodies which are mainly stored in joints. Our joints when stiff accumulate significant amounts of toxicity and foreign microorganisms which are the main causes for some disease like arthritis. With flexible joints you are less likely to have injuries such as sprained ankles. Although some exercises in this system are considered of extreme difficulty, you are advised to perform them nonetheless, though initially in a way that you do not reach full stretch.
